Here are the steps:
- Turn off the printer.
- Press Stop/Reset Button and the power button at the same time.
- Then, release the Stop/reset button while the power button intact.
- Then, press the stop/reset button 6 times and release them both (stop/resetand power button) so the printer will be in the service mode condition.
