Here are the steps:

1. Turn off the printer.
2. Press Stop/Reset Button and the power button at the same time.
3. Then, release the Stop/reset button while the power button intact.
4. Then, press the stop/reset button 6 times and release them both (stop/resetand power button) so the printer will be in the service mode condition.
5. EXTRACT Service_tool_v3400 Run as Administrator 
   
6. than ink absorbe counter  set ALL  Counter value 0 than set
